11am. Inauguration of the current exhibitions : On the occasion of the 2023 international
day for women’s rights, the OPEN ASIA|Armanshahr Foundation, 40Braids and the
International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) in collaboration with the Halle Saint
Pierre in Paris are mobilizing in support of the struggle of Iranian, Afghan and Kurdish women.
11.40am-1.30pm. Round table: Women, life, freedom: are feminist revolutions underway? The case of Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, Palestine, Tunisia, and Kurdistan

2.30pm-3.25pm. For the first time in France, screening of the film “ Afghanistan: Unveiling a never-ending tale ” . OPENASIA/Armanshahr, 2017, 52 minutes (French subtitles), Afghanistan / France
"Afghanistan: Unveiling a never-ending tale" is a documentary revealing extraordinary insights into progressives voices in Afghanistan, never before captured. The film is directed by Diana Jamal Saqeb and produced by Guissou Jahangiri.

and Executive Director of OPEN ASIA|Armanshahr with the activist Shoukria Haidar, founder of
Negar association , support to women in Afghanistan and Ali Hazara, filmmaker and member of Art in Exile .

1.00pm-1.50pm. Screening of the movie The Girls. Fery Malek-Madani, 2017, 47 minutes (VOSTFR), Iran / Belgium.
Fery Malek-Madani traveled across Iran to channel the imagination of young girls, and ask them to focus on their dreams and aspirations. Through strikingly thoughtful answers and nurturing support from teachers, Malek-Madani's mission turned out an inspirational, moving documentary.
